Rebel Science is an online data collection tool for organizations to leverage their community and partner network to gather data to propel their mission.
Organizations create short surveys consisting of multiple-choice questions, counters or measurements that can be distributed to their community.
Partner organizations can create their own versions of the project, invite their own communities, reach out to their own partner networks and have their own data.
We highly advocate a few principles in the surveys:
- Personally Identifiable Information is prohibited
- Respect of anonymity
- Each survey is minimal and focused on a single, actionable result
- Make participation equitable – share the data, results and action taken with participants who have given their time/experience to your project
